Contributos para uma análise crítica do discurso oficial sobre educação literária

Neste texto, pretendemos apresentar alguns contributos para a análise do discurso oficial que emerge da transposição do conceito de educação literária para os textos normativos referentes à disciplina de Português, no Ensino Básico, em Portugal. Assim, procuramos discutir, num primeiro momento, o próprio conceito de educação literária, para, em momento seguinte, o articularmos com a problemática da leitura literária. Procuramos igualmente, ainda no quadro da reflexão teórica, destacar a relação entre a leitura literária e a subjetividade do leitor. Posteriormente, procedendo a análise documental dos acima referidos textos normativos, apresentaremos uma leitura analítica e crítica do discurso oficial. Concluímos que parece existir uma desadequação entre os objetivos de uma efetiva educação literária e o Programa e Metas Curriculares de Português com possíveis implicações negativas no possível leque de práticas adotadas em sala de aula

Cadastro da rede de distribuição de água da cidade da Horta e previsão da evolução da população turística : contributos para a gestão de água

O cadastro de infraestruturas de abastecimento de água é fundamental para otimizar a distribuição deste recurso, a fim de evitar gastos desnecessários, quer económicos, quer do próprio recurso. Assim, o principal objetivo deste projecto passa por contribuir para a realização do cadastro da cidade da Horta e par de uma avaliação do impacto do crescimento turístico nas redes de distribuição de água. Neste sentido, procedeu-se a um levantamento de dados sobre o tipo de turismo que visita a ilha do Faial tendo como pressuposto que é prioritário o abastecimento da população residente. Para isso estudaram-se tendências para verificar o modo com a indústria turística evolui na ilha sem deixar de atender também à evolução da população local. O levantamento aqui realizado abrangeu também os gastos de água dos maiores consumidores na cidade da Horta, que se encontram relacionados diretamente com o turismo, nomeadamente os da área da restauração, alojamento local e hotelaria. Perante isto, foram identificados todos os locais de alojamento na ilha do Faial, assim como a sua capacidade (camas). Com os dados da ocupação turística do Faial, tendo em conta um histórico de sete anos, foi possível construir um modelo matemático que se baseia em parte no modelo do “World Tourism Trends and the Way Ahead (WYSETC)”, cujo máximo de crescimento turístico previsto é de 35%. Admitiu-se que esse crescimento corresponde ao pior impacto possível, em termos de consumos de água, que possa ser associado ao turismo no Faial. […].ABSTRACT: Tourism growth in the Azores has reached record levels in recent years. In this way, a good management of the natural resources existing on the islands, namely water quantity and quality, is essential. The register of water supply infrastructure allows the best management of the resource in order to avoid unnecessary expenses, both economic and the resource itself. Thus, the main objective of this project was to study water distribution networks in Horta and the impact of tourism growth on water distribution networks and demand. In this sense, a meticulous survey of the type of tourism that visits and lodges the island, as well as the population characterization of the island of Faial, and its trends, demonstrating in this way, the evolution of the fluctuation of population in the island of Faial Island. This survey covered the consumption of the largest consumers in the city of Horta related to tourism, namely in the area of catering, local accommodation and hospitality. In view of this, all places of accommodation in Faial Island were identified, as well as their capacity. The data on touristic demand of Faial Island with (data from seven years) made possible to apply a mathematical model based on the World Tourism Trends and the Way Ahead (WYSETC), which presents a tourist growth of 35%, in phase to the year of greatest registration on the island. It is not only necessary to have the resource available in quantity but also with quality. In this way, an analysis of the chemical and microbiological quality of the water that supplies the city of Horta, where made on captions in Horta. In order to register the infrastructure of the water supply system, it was necessary to carry out it on CAD support, and in this way it was possible to identify the types of pipes, their diameters, location and all the components that make up the supply network, namely reservoirs, sectioning valves, pressure relief valves, blind gaskets, bottom discharges, pressure drop chambers and lift stations

Event review: Seminário Nacional de Tecnologia Lítica, Goiânia, Brazil

Between 5 and 9 October of 2016 the Seminário Nacional de Tecnologia Lítica (National Seminar of Lithic Technology) took place on the campus of the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, Brazil. The seminar aimed to create a space of exchange and learning among students, researchers and professors which currently work with prehistoric lithic technology, developing studies in different regions of Brazil, in addition to the special participation of a researcher from Peru. The event was conceived and developed through the efforts of three Brazilian institutions: the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (Dr. Sibeli A. Viana and Marcos Paulo Ramos), the University of Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul (Dr. Maria Gluchy), and the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Dr. Jacqueline Rodet), in addition to a partnership with Paris West University Nanterre La Défense (Dr. Eric Boeda). Activities of practical analysis on lithic material and knapping were developed with the aim of better understanding the methods and techniques involved in the production of archaeological tools. As the event sought to develop practical activities, with dynamic ones, it was accompanied by monitored knapping sessions. It was necessary to restrict the participation to a small number of people (20). Still, there was participation by students from undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. As well, places were reserved for archaeologists working with rescue projects involving lithic period sites
